Announcement PDF 28 October 2026 PROPOSED CHANGE OF AUDITOR Parkway Corporate Limited (ASX: PWN) (Parkway or the Company) advises that the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has consented to the resignation of Horizon Nexus (WA) Audit Pty Ltd (Horizon Nexus) as the Company’s auditor, with the resignation to take effect at the Company’s next Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held on 25 November 2026. The resignation follows a strategic review undertaken by Horizon Nexus Partners to exit the audit market for ASX-listed entities nationally and does not arise from any disagreement between Horizon Nexus and the Company’s management or Directors. Following receipt of ASIC’s consent, the Company today received formal notice from Horizon Nexus of its resignation, effective at the Annual General Meeting on 25 November 2026. Horizon Nexus will continue to act as the Company’s auditor until that time. Subject to shareholder approval being received at the AGM, the Board has resolved to appoint RSM Australia Partners (RSM) as the Company’s auditor with effect from the resignation of Horizon Nexus. RSM has provided its written consent to act as the Company’s auditor in accordance with section 328A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). In selecting RSM, the Board had regard to its: ▪ strong reputation and market standing; ▪ experience in auditing ASX-listed companies; and ▪ audit service offering and overall value proposition.
