Potash West is in the process of undertaking a capital raising with Helmsec Global Capital (“Helmsec”) to raise $2.5m before costs. Potash West and Helmsec have received interest significantly in excess of this amount and are currently finalising the process. An announcement will be made to the market regarding the capital raising which is expected to end the period of voluntary suspension and will be made on or before 10 October 2014. Potash West is not aware of any reason why the request for voluntary suspension should not be granted.
